Request deletion of Wambush data

1. Email info@mastergamer.com.au with the subject “Wambush data deletion”, or use the form below and select Deletion.
2. Tell us your chosen player name, whether you used iPhone, iPad, Android or a browser, and the approximate dates of the battles concerned. Keep access to the original app or browser while we verify the request. We may ask for further details to identify your guest session securely; a player name alone may not identify it.
3. Tell us whether you want all associated Wambush online data deleted or only particular invitations or battles. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or payment details.

Wambush uses an automatic guest identity rather than an email-and-password login. After verifying your request, we will manually delete the guest identity, player names, invitations and battle records we can identify. Removing shared battles may also remove history or interrupt a battle for your opponent.

There is currently no scheduled automatic deletion of these online records. Invite links expire after seven days; expiry or cancellation does not delete the stored record. If legal or security requirements mean that particular information must be kept, we will explain what is retained and the applicable retention period in our response. Service-provider security logs follow the provider's retention and deletion practices. App Store and Google Play purchase records are managed by those stores.

Local settings and history remain on your device until you clear the app or browser's stored data. Clearing that data can remove access to your guest session, so contact us first if you also want online data deleted. See the Wambush privacy information.
