Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Master Gamer collects, uses, stores, and protects information connected with its website, mobile games, browser games, support communications, and related services.
Wambush
Wambush is a word battle game from Master Gamer for players aged 13 and over. Version 1.0 contains no advertisements, advertising tracking, analytics SDK or in-app purchases. The general advertising descriptions elsewhere on this page do not apply to this version of Wambush.
Offline and online play
Solo, tutorial and Pass & Play can be used offline. Game settings, progress and battle history may be stored on your device. Opening Play a Friend starts an automatic guest session through Google Firebase; no email address or password is needed.
For online play, Firebase processes a guest identifier, the player name you choose, invite and battle identifiers, game choices, words, guesses, moves, results and timestamps. Service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure connections, such as IP addresses and browser or device information. This information supports guest access, friend invitations, turn synchronisation, battle history and prevention of misuse.
Sharing and service providers
Your chosen name and relevant battle information are shown to your opponent. Anyone you give an active invite link to may open it, so share links only with the person you want to play. Wambush uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions and Hosting to operate online play. Connections to these services are encrypted in transit. Wambush does not sell this game data or use it for advertising tracking.
Retention and deletion
The current version does not schedule automatic deletion of online guest, invite or battle records. An invite expires after seven days, but expiry or cancellation does not itself erase the stored record. Clearing local app or browser data does not delete online records.
You can request manual deletion through our Wambush data request instructions. After verifying the request, we will delete the associated guest identity, player names, invitations and battle records we can identify. This may remove shared battle history or interrupt an active battle for the other player. Any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons, and the applicable retention period, will be explained in our response. Service-provider security logs are subject to the provider's retention and deletion practices.
App Store and Google Play process download purchases under their own policies. Deleting Wambush data does not delete their purchase records. Contact info@mastergamer.com.au with privacy questions.
Information We May Collect
We may collect contact details you provide, support messages, device and technical information, gameplay diagnostics, platform identifiers, and analytics that help us improve performance and stability.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to provide support, maintain game services, understand crashes or bugs, improve releases, respond to privacy requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Platforms
App Store, Google Play, analytics providers, video platforms, social networks, and hosting providers may process information under their own privacy terms when you use their services or follow external links.
Website Advertising and Google AdSense
Our website uses Google AdSense to display advertisements on selected content pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on visits to this and other websites, depending on your location and privacy choices.
Where applicable, Google's consent message lets you consent, decline consent, or manage individual purposes and partners. Use the Privacy and cookie settings link provided on pages displaying the message to change your choices. You can also manage cookies in your browser and visit Google My Ad Center or read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Advertising and Google AdMob
Our games may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect certain information from your device when advertisements are requested, displayed or interacted with.
Depending on your device, location, privacy choices and applicable law, this information may include device identifiers, approximate location derived from information such as an IP address, advertising data, interactions with advertisements and the app, and diagnostic or performance information.
This information may be used to provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, improve advertising services, and, where permitted and consented to, provide personalised advertising.
Tracking Permission on Apple Devices
On Apple devices, our games may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.
You may choose Ask App Not to Track. Declining tracking permission does not prevent you from playing the game. Where advertising is available, you may still receive advertisements that are not based on cross-app tracking.
Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, we use Google's consent management tools to request and manage advertising privacy choices. Depending on your location, you may be presented with options relating to personalised advertising, advertising measurement and the use of your information by advertising partners.
Where available, these choices can be reviewed through the Privacy Choices option within the game.
Rewarded Advertisements
Some games may offer optional rewarded advertisements. For example, you may choose to watch an advertisement to continue after being defeated or to receive an optional in-game reward or power-up.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is voluntary and is not required to access normal game progression.
Third-Party Privacy Practices
Google processes information collected through AdMob according to Google's own privacy policies and advertising practices. We encourage users to review Google's privacy information to understand how Google processes data associated with its advertising services.
MasterGamer does not directly sell personal information to advertisers. Third-party advertising and analytics providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy practices, applicable law, and the privacy or consent choices made by the user.
AdPilot AI and Google Ads Data
Master Gamer provides the AdPilot AI application. AdPilot AI may connect to Google Ads using Google OAuth when an authorised user chooses to connect a Google Ads account.
Google Data AdPilot May Access
When access is authorised, AdPilot may process Google Ads information available under the permissions granted by the user. This may include Google Ads account and campaign identifiers, campaign configuration and status, budgets, advertising and creative metadata, and campaign performance information such as impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value and spend.
AdPilot does not require users to provide their Google password.
How AdPilot Uses Google Data
Google Ads data is used only to provide and improve AdPilot's user-facing functionality, including authenticating authorised connections, monitoring campaign status and performance, creating campaign evidence, producing reports and analysis, preparing optimisation recommendations, maintaining security and audit records, and providing support.
AdPilot's current Google Ads integration is used for read-only monitoring and evidence collection and does not automatically change Google Ads campaigns.
AI Processing
Where an authorised AdPilot feature uses AI-assisted analysis or proposal generation, limited campaign and performance information may be processed by service providers used to deliver that AdPilot functionality.
AdPilot does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data to develop or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google data is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by service providers only where reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain or support AdPilot, or where disclosure is required by law.
Storage and Security
AdPilot application records and monitoring evidence are stored within secured cloud infrastructure with access controls appropriate to the service. Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are protected separately from normal application data and are not exposed through public interfaces.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Retention and Deletion
Google Ads information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AdPilot, maintain appropriate security and audit records, resolve support matters and meet applicable legal obligations.
Users may request access, correction or deletion of information through the Master Gamer Data Request Page.
Revoking Google Access
Users may revoke AdPilot's access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents AdPilot from obtaining new information through that authorisation. A user may separately request deletion of information already retained by AdPilot, subject to any legitimate security, audit or legal retention requirements.
