These Terms of Use apply to the Master Gamer website, games, apps, online play experiences, business applications including AdPilot AI, support tools, and related services and content.
Use of Services
You agree to use Master Gamer services lawfully and only for purposes appropriate to the service you are using. Games and entertainment services are for personal use unless otherwise permitted. Business applications, including AdPilot AI, may be used for authorised business purposes in accordance with these Terms and any applicable platform or account requirements.
Game Availability
Games, features, online play links, trailers, and platform availability may change over time. Store downloads and purchases are subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play terms.
Intellectual Property
Master Gamer names, game titles, artwork, interface elements, code, descriptions, and related materials are owned by Master Gamer or used with permission unless otherwise stated.
Player Conduct
Do not attempt to misuse the website, disrupt online play, reverse engineer protected parts of a service, or interfere with other players.
AdPilot AI
AdPilot AI is advertising monitoring, analysis and decision-support software intended for authorised business use.
You must have the necessary authority to connect any advertising account, campaign or other third-party service to AdPilot AI. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, campaign content, budgets, approvals, business decisions and compliance with the requirements of the advertising platforms you use.
AdPilot may provide monitoring information, analysis, alerts, recommendations or AI-assisted proposals. These outputs are decision-support information and do not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, return on advertising spend or any other commercial result.
AI-generated analysis does not independently control advertising spend. Where AdPilot provides functionality capable of proposing or performing an advertising-platform action, that functionality remains subject to the permissions, approvals and safety controls implemented within the service.
Availability and accuracy of information obtained from Google Ads or another third-party service may depend on that platform's APIs, reporting systems, permissions and availability.
Your use of Google Ads and other third-party platforms remains subject to the applicable terms and policies of those platforms.
